Placing ordersYou can easily place an order by registering in the CANDLE FAMILY wholesale order electronic system or by phone.
PaymentWe apply flexible payment terms. The terms depend on a separate agreement and your solvency assessment. Usually, for the first orders, we deliver the goods with prepayment, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery of goodsWe usually deliver goods by courier. We cooperate with various courier and transport companies, so the shipment will reach you as quickly as possible, regardless of where you are in Europe. We deliver parcels worth more than 500 EUR + VAT for free.
